TPU film for curved screens — full coverage, edges stay down
Curved screens, rounded edges and watch faces can’t take rigid PET film — the edges lift and bubbles appear within hours. Soft, flexible TPU film can actually follow the curve.
- Cut to your real screen size
- Minimum order: 1 piece
- Static-cling application, no glue
- Not in our system? We can still cut it
What it’s for
TPU is a specialist film for when ordinary PET film won’t stay on
Genuinely follows the curve
The soft, stretchy film hugs curved edges without springing back, unlike rigid PET film, which lifts at the edges when it meets a curve.
Curved screens and rounded edges
Phones with curved edges, curved monitors, car screens and non-flat displays
Wearables
Smartwatches, fitness bands, round and curved faces with no ready-made film

Honest advice before you order
TPU isn’t better than PET at everything — if your screen is flat, PET film is better
Choose TPU when
- Your screen is so curved or rounded that rigid film won’t stay on
- You want film covering the whole curved screen, with no gap at the edge
- It’s a wearable with no ready-made film on sale
Skip TPU when
- Your screen is flat — PET film works better and is easier to apply
- You’re applying it yourself and worried about bubbles — TPU is harder to apply than PET, and bubbles are harder to fix
- You like a hard, slick, glass-like feel — TPU feels softer and slightly tacky

TPU film FAQ
How is TPU film different from PET film?
PET is rigid, easy to apply and sharper, but can’t follow curves. TPU is soft and stretches to fit curves, at the cost of being harder to apply and softer to the touch. Choose mainly by the shape of your screen.
Do I need water to apply it?
No. Our TPU film holds by static cling, just like our PET film — no glue and no water. It peels off without leaving residue on the screen.
My device isn’t in your system. Can I still order?
Yes. We cut to the size you actually measure — we don’t only sell models we have moulds for. Send the size or a photo of the screen on LINE.
Can I apply it over my old film?
No — remove the old film first. Leave about 1 mm from the screen frame on all 4 sides; if it sits too close to the edge, the film lifts and bubbles form.
